Teams download the Quickfire app, and then, working in breakout groups, teams nominate a coach. They aim to invest strategically and complete many challenges within a given time frame. Teams work through six rounds of Winter Games -themed creative, multiple-choice, video and photo challenges, each offering a different level of difficulty and reward. Teams' The athletes select the challenges they think they can complete successfully, being mindful that each has a cost and reward. But no challenge is too demanding for the top athletes. The pace and risk-taking build as time elapse, creating an inclusive atmosphere full of fun, laughter, and urgency. The winning team is crowned the victor on the podium with Winter Olympic medals.
